When I was a child I would gather daisies, string them together to make a crown, and prance around the back yard feeling like a princess. Some flowers were full and new, while others were a bit wilted and dried. As a crown they all worked together to make me feel royal. I've captured the spirit of those memories from hand-tinted crepe paper, wire and ink.
