For this piece I used a wood burning tool with various attachments and acrylic paint. I wanted to try a new perspective (foreshortening) and a new technique (wood burning) for this piece. I began by burning the boot tread and then worked up from there. Then I finished by painting the shattered glass, face and the hands with acrylic paint. This is my first art piece on wood.
